• Rebates will be provided to consumers in the form of a physical card, The Promotion Card™ MasterCard®.

Note: Orders that have more than 10 eligible shades will only be eligible for a rebate on the first 10 shades, for a total rebate cap of $1,000. Orders that have fewer than four shades will not be eligible for any rebate.
