We have twice as many reviews as our competitors, and our customers are happy!

Updated Review – Excellent Service & Final Results Our experience with Blind Magic began with some challenges, but it ended with outstanding results. After our Hunter Douglas Pirouette blinds were installed, we noticed issues such as gapping, light leakage, and alignment concerns. At first, the delays in resolving these problems were frustrating, but we later learned that part of the holdup was due to supplier stock issues—not Blind Magic themselves. What truly matters when you buy premium products is the service behind them, and Blind Magic absolutely delivered in the end. Their team came back, replaced all the blinds, and made sure every detail was corrected. The final installation looks beautiful and functions exactly as it should. Most importantly, their customer service throughout the resolution process was superb. They took responsibility, followed through, and ensured we were fully satisfied with the final outcome. Because of how they handled everything, we now confidently recommend Blind Magic to anyone looking for quality window coverings backed by a company that stands behind its work. Thank you
From start to finish the process was great. Angela had great suggestions and assisted us in getting the right blinds. Scott the installer was awesome as well. Great personality and had the blinds up in minutes set up the powerview and wifi. Very happy with the whole procesd
Last year we bought a home in Edmonton and we chose Blind Magic to do the job for us. Better choice ever. Amina always has been a knowledgeable, professional and honest seller; she did a marvelous service and helped me to find the best blinds for my home and my needs; installers are amazing and they took the time to instruct me how to use the remotes and how customized them. I will continue to use them and will recommend them enthusiastically. Thank you very much Amina and crew! Mariana Urbina
Love my new blinds. The team in the office were great helping me choose and the team who came to measure were wonderful. They made sure I was aware of things that affected my look due to the window sizes. The person who installed the blinds was amazing. I love playing with my blinds and so does everyone who comes to my home. Best choice ever made.
I previously had Blind Magic supply and install electric blinds in my condo and I have been nothing but pleased with the product and service. I recently decided to have them come back and hang a 14 foot curtain rod for me, as it would prove quite complicated given that it was being anchored into concrete. Mathew came out and was such a trooper. The job was complicated, but he didn’t give up and I was so grateful for his expertise. Of course the curtains still need to be hemmed and furniture put back into place but you get a sense of the job.
