Angela Montpetit from Blind Magic was exceptional. She was very knowledgeable with her products and options. She met us a few times at the show room and was very responsive to emails and text messages. She even did a visit to our home to do some pre-measurements and to go over the plan with the new blinds. Her humour added a personal level to the process. She even provided a new remote to our existing screens on the deck. Thank you! I highly recommend you use Angela at Blind Magic she will make this process easy. The only suggestion is for Hunter Douglas to provide a better solution for the wires to be hidden or a little more professional looking w/o the home owner having to deal with it. I am sure that will come as these blinds are newer to the industry. Drop in the bucket but just a suggestion for Hunter Douglas.
