I previously had Blind Magic supply and install electric blinds in my condo and I have been nothing but pleased with the product and service. I recently decided to have them come back and hang a 14 foot curtain rod for me, as it would prove quite complicated given that it was being anchored into concrete. Mathew came out and was such a trooper. The job was complicated, but he didn’t give up and I was so grateful for his expertise. Of course the curtains still need to be hemmed and furniture put back into place but you get a sense of the job.

He went above and beyond to help me with parts and requirements for my Hunter Douglas blinds. It’s such a relief to find a place with staff who genuinely care and know their products inside out.
