After our Hunter Douglas Pirouette blinds were installed, we noticed issues such as gapping, light leakage, and alignment concerns. At first, the delays in resolving these problems were frustrating, but we later learned that part of the holdup was due to supplier stock issues—not Blind Magic themselves. What truly matters when you buy premium products is the service behind them, and Blind Magic absolutely delivered in the end. Their team came back, replaced all the blinds, and made sure every detail was corrected. The final installation looks beautiful and functions exactly as it should.
