I previously had Blind Magic supply and install electric blinds in my condo and I have been nothing but pleased with the product and service. I recently decided to have them come back and hang a 14 foot curtain rod for me, as it would prove quite complicated given that it was being anchored into concrete. Mathew came out and was such a trooper. The job was complicated, but he didn’t give up and I was so grateful for his expertise. Of course the curtains still need to be hemmed and furniture put back into place but you get a sense of the job.

I reached out to Blind Magic to see if they had some replacement valance clips that I could purchase, as mine we're old, brittle and broken. They confirmed that they were able to obtain the clips from their parts facility and would be able to provide them right away at no charge. I was very impressed with their customer service, support and the fact that they met my needs for no cost. I would highly recommend Blind Magic as they went far beyond my service expectations.

He went above and beyond to help me with parts and requirements for my Hunter Douglas blinds. It’s such a relief to find a place with staff who genuinely care and know their products inside out.
