I previously had Blind Magic supply and install electric blinds in my condo and I have been nothing but pleased with the product and service. I recently decided to have them come back and hang a 14 foot curtain rod for me, as it would prove quite complicated given that it was being anchored into concrete. Mathew came out and was such a trooper. The job was complicated, but he didn’t give up and I was so grateful for his expertise. Of course the curtains still need to be hemmed and furniture put back into place but you get a sense of the job.

I had a fantastic experience at Blind Magic in West Edmonton. I spoke with Dave at the service desk, and he was top-notch—professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to help me with parts and requirements for my Hunter Douglas blinds. It’s such a relief to find a place with staff who genuinely care and know their products inside out. I’m so happy to have found this location and will definitely be using them for all my future blinds needs. Highly recommend!

Staff was very helpful in the showroom, showing options that would be suitable. We scheduled an appointment. Two consultants were there right on time, took the measurements and gave us options of color and hardware. The blinds arrived ahead of schedule. The installer did an excellent job. We are so pleased with our new blinds.

Blind Magic measured and installed our window coverings ten years ago and has done a great job providing for our occasional followup service needs. We recently (October 2025) had them back to update some blinds. The service is still excellent and the installation went very well. Highly recommend.
