I previously had Blind Magic supply and install electric blinds in my condo and I have been nothing but pleased with the product and service. I recently decided to have them come back and hang a 14 foot curtain rod for me, as it would prove quite complicated given that it was being anchored into concrete. Mathew came out and was such a trooper. The job was complicated, but he didn’t give up and I was so grateful for his expertise. Of course the curtains still need to be hemmed and furniture put back into place but you get a sense of the job.

My wife and I went to Blind Magic in Edmonton and received excellent service from Liz in picking out our new bedroom blinds. They arrived 3 weeks earlier than expected and fit great. They are the blackout style up/down blinds and we look forward to many years of use. I would highly recommend Blind Magic to anyone interested in quality blinds at very competitive prices.

I am so glad I chose Blind Magic to replace a Hunter Douglas blind in our home. It was a motorized blind, over 20 years old and the motor stopped working. I phoned Blind Magic, as they are Hunter Douglas specialists and she said she could help me replace it. The in-store experience was great - Elizabeth took great care in matching the fabric and hardware to the old blind I brought and carefully explained how the new motor works with an app and a rechargeable battery. The remote was new to me and she went through how to use this too. My blind was installed yesterday and it is a perfect match to the old one. The installer also spent time explaining how to use the app and was very patient answering all my questions - which I really appreciated, as the technology for this blind is completely different from the old one. As well, Blind Magic called today to see if I was satisfied with everything and to reach out any time to their service department if I have future questions or concerns.
