I had been looking for parts for my Hunter Douglas blinds that were a year past their warranty. I had bought a grommet set on Amazon, but they weren't the right fit. I went to the place where I had bought my blinds, but they didn't have all the parts I needed, and they weren't accustomed to selling parts; only providing repairs. The parts I did get them to sell me were unexpectedly high. I started trying other Hunter Douglas locations.
In my search, I stumbled across this gem! Lizzy Moorhouse was so pleasant and helpful. She was knowledgeable about my blinds, which had been discontinued. Although they didn't carry all of the parts anymore, she offered me a solution and I walked away with everything I needed to get my blind working perfectly again. AND their prices were lower than expected! After all my hours of learning how my blind worked, researching the parts, then searching for parts (and time and money wasted with the grommets that weren't long enough for the thickness of the blind), I wish I had found this business FIRST.
