We decided to go with Blind Magic because of their competitive pricing and large selection of options. We were very pleased with Amina and her knowledge of the products. She was very available to us, we met her first in the showroom but she came out to the house to give us more input into what would work best in our home. The installer Mitch came out to accurately measure for the blinds and was very efficient and pleasant. When the blinds came in Mitch came out to install them. He was very quick and did an excellent job. He showed me how to work them and is very knowledgeable with special certification in Hunter Douglas. I would heartily recommend this store, Amina as the sales consultant and Mitch as the installer.

I have been with Blind Magic now for many many years. Just recently I needed a repair on the blind because the strings broke. Not sure what would happen, I went back to Blind Magic. Wow! Talk about customer service.... Lizzie was an absolutely pleasure to work with. She really understands her product. Right down to reminding me to get the correct measurement so when the blind retracts down it doesn't hit the floor. A special shout out to Dave for looking after us as well. Love this team.
